I never stop learning about business, I’m still learning even today, as I’m part of some excellent groups with amazing mentors! With the rate at which the online arena changes and the various business platforms, you can be left for dead if you don’t keep up. Therefore, I am constantly learning and building my knowledge, to share with my clients.

I have worked with some of the top trainers in the Marketing, SEO, and Advertising arena over the years and am currently a life member of one of the biggest SEO private groups in the world! Sounds impressive doesn’t it, well it is! I get to call and collaborate with some of the best marketing and SEO minds which is imperative when the SEO platform is a constantly moving target.

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is crucial for businesses because it enhances online visibility and drives organic traffic to their websites. By optimizing their web content and structure according to search engine algorithms, businesses can rank higher in search results, making it easier for potential customers to find them. This increased visibility leads to greater brand awareness, improved credibility, and ultimately, higher conversion rates. After about 10 years working as a business coach and online business manager, I have honed my craft to produce a well-oiled machine that knows all the moving parts in a business and how to have those parts running in the background producing results for you, without you having to lift a finger.

I work only with the owner, not with Managers or teams, just the business owner, behind the scenes and take on administrative tasks like social media, website creation and management, strategise marketing campaigns, maintain databases and track and measure all KPIs in the business. The good thing is you don’t need to tell me what to do because I know what to do when to do it, and what works.

When I was a salon owner I found out that about the one thing lacking was a business coach who didn’t just speak to me for the allotted period and then you didn’t hear from again until the next session, but someone who could do some of the more difficult tasks on my behalf.  I make sure that I fill that gap, I’m available every day to my clients, whether via phone or email, together with our two-hour monthly one-on-one Zoom sessions.

Having a silent partner, one who gets your struggles, and your frustrations and also has solutions, is beyond excellent. I wish I had that solution when I owned my business. I’ve walked in your shoes, I understand and can empathize about your struggles and frustrations and also celebrate in the highs and wins!
