I get it, I too was a beauty salon owner and know first-hand about all the struggles we go through. I am, however, very adept at business structure, policies, procedures, problem-solving, marketing campaigns, KPIs and seeing growth methods and implementing paths forward.
I work with business owners to support them, as their silent partner, a sounding board, a person to confide in and also to give you unemotional feedback and options to consider and pursue to reach higher returns. I have years and years of administration and business education, personal development skills and geeky tech skills to be able to read and interpret your numbers to see where you can improve.
