Time To Reset
Well, we patiently waited for the time when we could re-open our salons, clinics, spas and wellness businesses and the time has finally arrived!
Now is the time to reset!
You can reset so many things, this is a huge opportunity and not one to overlook or miss out on.
The first thing you should be doing is ensuring that you no longer flippantly ask your client “would you like to rebook”? Those days are behind you. Now it’s time for you to take control with confidence.
You need to be telling your client “I will need to see you again in four weeks time to maintain the results we have achieved today, would (insert day and time) suit you“?
Followed by, if they um and ah that you ARE VERY BUSY AND APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKING OUT FAST! In order for your client to reserve the day and time that suits them best, they NEED to rebook now!
There has never been a truer statement you can make at this time, because everybody wants an appointment with their therapist! This is no longer a case of wishful thinking, it’s true, so get your clients reconditioned NOW! Your client’s need to be rebooking for so many reasons, I don’t have time to go into all of them here, you should already know them as a business owner. If you don’t, we should talk.
If you have been dropping the ball in following up with your clients, this is your reset.
Now is the time to put in place those following up sequences, emails, phone calls, text messages. There has never been a better time to start doing ALL of those tasks you know will secure your client’s as loyal clients, so no excuses now.
Packages & Memberships
You have clients that are hungry to get back into their skincare routines and treatments.
Lots of clients actually have some good savings accumulated because they haven’t been going out, shopping, socialising etc, so they have savings! They want to invest in themselves, so present your packages and memberships now!
You have a facial client, lash extensions, waxing, sugaring, tanning clients, let them know if they pre-purchase six treatments they can receive one complimentary!
Retrain and reset
There has never been a better opportunity in time to retrain and reset your client’s attitude to rebooking and respecting your time and expertise.
